Job Responsibilities:	General organization and administrative tasks Considerable participation in obtaining the FTO (Syllabi, etc.) Lead & coordination of the flight instructors Perform flight and simulator instruction
Required skills:	Significant experience in flight instruction on jets (preferably on business jets) Experience in simulator instruction (preferably) Good leader and coordinator Highly proficient in didactic and teaching Efficient, flexible, goal- and team oriented Enthusiastic, creative and positive personality
