Manager Customer Relation within Customer Support (m/f)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing the customer relation process for the Customer Service.
  • Implementing and operating the CRM system.
  • Producing CRM documentation e.g. the Customer Support Manual.
  • Providing regular CRM-reports and analysis to management.
  • Developing the Customer Service Portal (Webpage).
  • Provide inputs and updates for the Webpage.
  • Implementing and adapting the CRM into the ERP-Software

Required skills:

We are looking for a highly motivated, pro-active, flexible and responsive person who has very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as interpersonal skills and is able to work independently and as a team player. He must be able to draft contracts technical documentation and manage a significant cash flow process:

  • Competence in Microsoft Office software.
  • Competence in Typo3 or similar Content Management System a plus.
  • Competence in ProAlpha, SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning software and database systems a plus.
  • Good English language skills (spoken and written).
  • German language skills beneficial (other languages a plus)

Education/Experience:

The successful candidate shall have a background in economics or business administration. A well developed understanding of aircraft technical matters is necessary. An additional aeronautical engineering degree or similar qualification is supportive.

Starting date by agreement
