Job Responsibilities: |
- Developing and handling the maintenance cost protection program for the spn.
- Setting up the manufactures documentation for this program including brochures and contracts.
- Presenting the maintenance cost protection program to customers.
- Supporting and monitoring the maintenance tracking program.
- Handling and controlling of invoicing and payments of all maintenance cost program related activities.
- Implementing the program into the ERP-Software.
- Providing regular maintenance cost program reports to management.

Required skills: |
- We are looking for a highly motivated, pro-active, flexible and responsive person who has very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as interpersonal skills and is able to work independently and as a team player. He must be able to draft contracts technical documentation and manage a significant cash flow process.
- Competence in Microsoft Office software
- Competence in ProAlpha, SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning software and database systems a plus
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)
- German language skills beneficial (other languages a plus)

Education/Experience: |
The successful candidate shall have a background in aeronautical engineering. A well developed understanding of aircraft maintenance matters is necessary. An economics or business administration education or similar qualification is supportive. |
