Program and Product Manager

Initially Mattsies, Germany and greater Zurich Area, Switzerland

• Support the interior development phase in Bavaria and help in the set-up of the Switzerland Interior Completion Centre for the spn
• During the development phase, assist the Head of Completions in developing the key processes linked to the aircraft Completions process.
• Track the overall program deliverables for the interior and its ancillary systems and thus help pave the way for a smooth Entry-into-Service.
• Function is responsible for setting-up, managing and continuous improvement of the processes inked to the interior completions (Product and Configuration Change Management, Customer Request processing, Options Management)
• Working with the Commercial Service to keep the interior offering at the leading edge in its class of aircraft.
• Support Marketing in ensuring the spn interior product offering is accurately portrayed in marketing media (brochures, Website, Press Releases,…)

• English spoken and written. German and French a plus.
• Be comfortable in a start-up environment (i.e. flexible, creative, pro-active, responsive, patient/good sense of humor, comfortable with uncertainty/grey areas)
• Very strong customer focus, self confident, outspoken, excellent organization and presentation skills
• Good intercultural and interpersonal skills, be a good team player
• Process oriented, computer-literate and willing to learn new things
• Excellent administration and communication skills.
• The ability to effectively represent the department at meetings.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision.
• Can work in Germany and in Switzerland

• At least 5 years of work experience in the field of Program Management in a business aviation
• Relevant education in a technical field ideally completed with some business background
• A general knowledge of an Aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Business Aircraft interiors a further plus
