Spare Parts Analyst Trainee (m/f) |

Job Responsibilities: |
- Assist in identification of part numbers for all components, component sub-assemblies, and lower level part numbers down to standard hardware, consumables and supplies required to support a growing fleet of Grob SPn business jets around the world.
- Assist with analysis of each part number to determine required quantities for distribution in Initial Provisioning of our Worldwide spares depot network.
- Liaison with responsible Grob Engineering department and Illustrated Parts Catalogue development personnel and Suppliers
- Obtain projected DMC’s and MTBF estimates of component and system level from suppliers

Required skills: |
We are looking for a proactive, flexible and responsive person who has good conceptual skills as well as interpersonal skills and is able to work independently and as a team player. Other requirements include: - Competence in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Good English language skills (spoken and written)
- German language skills beneficial (other languages a plus)
Additional experience described below is a plus but not absolutely required: - Competence in ProAlpha, SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning software and database systems
- Practical experience in a similar task (MTBF and MTBUR analysis of aircraft parts and components

Education/Experience: |
The successful candidate shall have an education in engineering, aircraft maintenance or in spare parts and logistics management. |
